Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how TRR Lifestyle LLC ("TRR Lifestyle", "we", "us"), operator of the LYFESTYL app ("Service"), collects, uses, and shares personal data. TRR Lifestyle LLC acts as the data controller for personal data described here.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, role (client/coach).
Profile & fitness data: bio, goals, workouts, sessions, readiness check-ins, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition logs, water logs.
Coach-client relationships: invites, roster, messages and attachments.
Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, feature interactions, error logs.
Support communications: messages you send us.

Payment card data is collected by Stripe, not by us — see "Sharing" below.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Provide the Service, coach-client features, and account management (contract).
Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
Customer support (contract, legitimate interests).
Marketing emails, only where you have opted in (consent).

3. Sharing

Merchant of Record — Stripe.com Market Ltd. processes all purchases, subscriptions, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring — bound by contractual data protection terms.
Your coach or client: content you share within a coach-client relationship (messages, workouts, nutrition, readiness) is visible to that counterparty.
Professional advisers: legal, accounting, insurance where necessary.
Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

4. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Fitness logs and messages are retained for the life of the account and deleted (or anonymised) on account deletion, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. EU/UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email privacy@trrlifestyle.com. We aim to respond within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to security@trrlifestyle.com.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session state, and limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are below that age.
