Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LYFESTYL app and related services (the "Service") provided by TRR Lifestyle LLC("TRR Lifestyle", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and enter into a contract with TRR Lifestyle LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

LYFESTYL is a training, nutrition, recovery, and coaching platform for individual users ("Clients") and fitness professionals ("Coaches"). Features and plans may change over time. The Service is not medical advice; consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud, spam, or harassment; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) upload malware, probe, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service's security or availability; (e) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Licence

Subject to these Terms and any active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (workouts, messages, photos, logs). You grant TRR Lifestyle a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service, including making it available to your linked coach or client.

7. Intellectual property

TRR Lifestyle owns and retains all rights to the Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, except for user content and third-party materials.

8. Payments & subscriptions — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.com. Stripe.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date.

8a. Minimum commitment

To give members enough time to see meaningful results, LYFESTYL Pro and Elite plans have a 3-month minimum commitment from the initial signup date. The Coach Studio plan has a 1-month minimum commitment. Cancellations submitted before the commitment ends will not stop billing for the remaining committed months; the plan will end at the close of the final committed period. This does not affect your right to a refund under our Refund Policy or under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

8b. Account freeze

You may pause ("freeze") your active subscription free of charge for up to 3 months, once per calendar year. While frozen, billing stops and new coach assignments are suspended; your existing workouts, logs, and history remain accessible read-only. Frozen time does not count toward the minimum commitment. Freeze it any time from the billing page.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRR Lifestyle's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to Stripe for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify TRR Lifestyle against third-party claims arising from your user content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

16. Assignment & force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
